Should activists work to reduce the suffering of billions of chickens ?
Q. Should activists work to reduce the suffering of billions of chickens and other animals who will never live to see a vegan world, or is such work counterproductive a moral betrayal of animals?

A. I wouldn't think so. Where I live(the south), many people enjoy eating fried chicken from places like KFC.

If you heard animal activists raided a mink ranch what would you say?
Q. These activists raided a ranch and in the process animals were killed. I need to write 2 essays on this. 1 for the activists and 1 against. I need more reasons why they shouldn't have done the raid and why they shouldn't feel so strongly in protecting animals.. even though they are not necessarily being hurt. like milking a cow for instance.

Illegal immigrant rights activists should they direct their energy down Mexico way?
Q. Illegal immigrant rights activists should they direct their energy down Mexico way? Seriously, why aren t they? Why are they not rioting in the streets of Mexico rallying for immigrants rights?
Asked by Untied States Of Latina - Fri Aug 17 15:29:32 2007 - - 8 Answers - 0 Comments

A. Because we make it too easy for them to live here, illegally, and get everything for nothing. If we start enforcing the immigration laws, add some hefty penalties ( like if you are caught here even once illegally, you are permanently disqualified from applying for American citizenship) and actually build the wall, they would be forced to try to make something of their own land.

Are animal activists running out of things to do?
Q. A polar bear in a german zoo has rejected and abandoned her cub, the zoo decided to raise the cub on their own. The animal activists have criticized them by saying that "in the wild the cub would be left to die and thats what the zoo should do." According to the activists the zoo is getting in the way of nature. I thought avtivists were supposed to care about an animals well being. Are they running out of things to do? Inquiring minds want to know.

A. Lets see a cub that is rejected by his mother and will get far better medical treatment and food and care than it would ever in the wild. Have a longer healthier life. Also get attention which all animals love. Is now a bad thing. Anytime I have doubts about animal rights actives being too far gone they come along like this story and remove all doubt. Tonight I think I am going to have lamb chops in their honor.

Q. I personally experienced many cases of unethical activities of NGO authorities and patrons ( like monitory manipulation ,exploitation of the stake-holders as well as activists etc.).is there any solidarity space where I can share my experiences .any body would like to...?

A. If you want to start a blog, then start one. There are many free blog services out there -- a search on Google will find you several. You will need to include names of the NGOs you think are engaged in unethical activities, what you yourself have actually witnessed (not just something you've heard about, but something you can prove), dates of each unethical activity you have witnessed or that you can prove, your full name (it would be unethical on your part not to be transparent about who you are), and a place for these organizations to respond to your accusations.

Q. I mean extreme activists as in they make bomb threats, bomb places that test on animals, etc.. What makes you think that they are extreme, besides being violent in their ways to save the animals?
Asked by Hoopies - Sun Nov 25 23:40:23 2007 - - 2 Answers - 0 Comments

A. Demographics show most animal activists come from a very privileged class of society (old money). Their upbringing in an ivory tower existence causes them to see the poorer classes of people as little better than animals. They have no sense of respect for the rest of human life, which they see as a species that has gone bad, and should be eliminated. They feel as the upper class they can pass judgment on the rest of us without a twinge of conscience. The only lower classes they can tolerate are their entourage of toadies who support their beliefs unquestioning. They represent one of the worst cases of economic elitism trampling on the rights of the lower classes in promoting their whimsical cause.

Why are anti adoption activists so focussed on converting adoptees?
Q. I understand that you see things differently and that you do indeed feel pain. I do not understand why you want to convert those who are perfectly perfectly fine . Are we not to move towards contentment in life not away from it? Why are you trying to spread you pain to others who are just fine. Why?! It saddens me that young adoptees will stumble here and be brainwashed. You are not correct. I read all the time that adoptees are in denial or a fog or drinking cool aid and this is simply not true!!

What are Sharpton and other upitty black activists saying now that Vick plead guilty?
Q. Are they still defending Vick and blaming whitey or society? I guess the old saying is true. You can take take the black out of the hood, but not the hood out of the black. There is NOTHING racist about this question. Sharpton and friends brought race into the issue defending Vick because he is black. I would say that insisting that because Vick is black, he could not be guilty is being upitty. If sharpton and friends knew their place, and acted like real people, this would not be an issue. But assuming he is guilty BECAUSE he is black has a much higher percentage of being correct then assuming he is not. you may not like that, but is the truth.

A. Excellent question. I believe that it is mostly due to the fact that they know in their hearts what is right, but the problem is that they cannot accomplish or even attempt what is right, so they resort to feeling threatened and using insults to cover up their feelings and better cope with guilt. Humans were born with emotions that include compassion, some more than others, but they just need to learn to use it beyond the level of only humans. That is why I consider, to a degree, the trait of compassion as a skill. For some people, it takes many years to open up their eyes and learn that all animals are equal (yes, humans are considered to be animals). As a result of our evolution, we were inborn with intelligence and the ability to… [cont.]

Why do gay rights activists insist on comparing their situation to the Civil Rights Movement?
Q. Yes, they are fighting for rights, but they have not gone through segregation, and as much discrimination. There have never been any law abiding "No gays allowed" signs on any buildings. The movements are very different.
Asked by Byron, The Redeemer - Sun Jan 18 01:36:16 2009 - - 12 Answers - 0 Comments

A. Civil rights are rooted in moral authority, while homosexual rights are rooted in the lack of moral restraint. Trying to undo the damage of years of a race of people in slavery was the right thing to do, whereas trying to change laws solely because of the decisions of a group of people is not the right thing. According to the Constitution, all men have God-given rights. It was because of these rights Martin Luther King Jr. and others fought for freedom. The Constitution guaranteed us rights to vote, rights to buy property. It guaranteed us certain unalienable rights. If I define marriage as between a man and a woman. How much more screaming by pro-life activists will it take before Roe V. Wade is finally overturned?
Q. How much interrupting and yelling does it take to result in a Supreme Court decision being overturned? We must be getting close. Does it it have to do with the amount of time the screaming is sustained? The decibel level? Both? I am not a Constitutional scholar so any information would be appreciated.

A. The leaders of the pro-life movement, I don't think they really even -want- Roe v. Wade to be overturned. They just want something to scream about, a rope to lead fundamentalist Christians around by the nose. President Reagan promised to propose a constitutional amendment, no less, to declare the preborn 'human beings'. He never even really tried. Between Reagan and two Bushes SEVEN nomination were made to the Supreme Court, each one being promised to the Christian Right to be the single swing-vote needed to overturn Roe v. Wade. But it never happened. Finally Bush had six whole years with a Republican Congress and probably the most Christian-friendly Supreme Court in American History. And what did they do? Zip. Zero. Nada. What would pro-abortion activists say if they realized magaret sanger was a racist eugenist?
Q. And no, margaret sanger wasn't a racist who merely happened to promote abortion by chance. She promoted it because she was a racist who wanted to eliminate undesirables like the poor. Abortion today is just a reverse psychology version of eugenics masquerading as "womens' rights" and "liberalism". Instead of saying that they want to eliminate the poor, abortion activists say that they are trying to solve poverty by reducing the birth rate of the poor. And instead of it being racist to support abortion, it's now "racist" not to support abortion. Of course you may also be able to reduce poverty simply by elimination of the population of poor people, but it's a pretty twisted way of doing it, because it's basically saying that some people's [cont.]

A. Why do you think they always have a black woman to head up Planned Parenthood? Yes, Margaret Sanger was very *much* a racist eugencist (as was Allan Guttmacher)! By hiding their *real* agenda, which was to eliminate poor people - *especially* Negro/black/Afro-American ones - they started by fighting for the elimination of laws against contraception means and devices, then offering any birth control means they could acquire to poor people, especially poor black girls and women, at low or no cost! Planned Parenthood and NARAL, and their ilk, then launched their attack against poor girls' and women's babies already conceived - *especially* black ones. Planned Parenthood finally managed to dupe a poor, divorced, woman to become Jane Roe… [cont.]
