A. Go to the menu option of TOOLS and select OPTIONS... Then go to the SAVE tab. You should be able to apply your changes there. Then just make a change to an existing MS-Excel workbook and wait for the allotted time. The change should be automatically saved.

A. First off, despite being rated at 305hp, they actually make 350hp. Second, those numbers are estimates. A lot of variables decide the fuel economy of vehicles.

How many miles will a 2002 Mercury Mountaineer give me?
Q. I have limited funds, and I saw a 2002 Mercury Mountaineer for $5000 with 102K miles. I need a large car for me and my kids, it would mostly be used for local driving with a once in awhile long trips. I need to know if I can at least get 20k out of it before I really need to put more work in it. Please help!

A. the main components of an engine (block and drive train) can go 200k miles no sweat. but that assumes that the car is well maintained over it's lifetime. many other things may go wrong, though. and it's usually around 100k miles that they do. fuel systems, cooling systems, valve systems, gaskets, and any of the billion or so parts in a car seem to start going south right around 100k. i'm not saying this car is bad but i'd do as much research as possible. find car histories, maintenance and repair records, anything you can about the car before you buy it.
